        Overall

        Avoid at all costs. Will refuse work if he doesn't like your insurance policy (one that he's a listed provider for). Completely unsanitary. I waited 2 months for an appointment. He then canceled the day before and moved to another day. Then made me wait almost 3 hours to just refuse work unless I paid out pocket.
