I'm changing my review because i feel i was scammed out of my money. lets start from the beginning buying the car was a great experience he even worked with me on the down payment.



Then It went down hill from there. I was in Marina Del Ray at the Ritz Carlton visiting my parents showing them the new truck i had bought so they could be proud of me and it would not even start. No worries you just left the light on we thought. called AAA to jump it, It wouldn't even jump, called Sam because it was in the first 30 days he said I cant do anything for you until you can get it here which is 25 miles away. cool ! so i got lucky and got it there for him to say it was the battery connector not on. I knew it was a lie when he told me that but i was just happy to have it running again. its fine for a few week then....





Go to Newport Beach to visit friends for the forth of July. the truck just dies while driving out of no where. I park it because I didn't want to ruin my holiday and guess what I began to spend a total of 1300.00 to replace the alternator, battery, and have a bootleg wiring job done plus labor and having it towed to a AAA shop back to La Ha-bra where my friend lived and back to the Shop in Newport Beach that Monday and have a ford technician take a look at it. But good old Sam at ASE auto says these words. Bring it to me so my guys can look it at but I will Charge you full Price if you do. So being stranded in Newport beach with a truck that keeps quitting How in the F(*%$ can i Get it to North Hollywood, CA and spend more money. And good old Sam says I will give you 250.00 of 1300.00 to help you with it. I say okay something is better then nothing. I go in he is so nice and Conning. I leave feeling screwed again after losing my job because of this truck and Sam not giving a D*$&. and he says these words to me......



"Chris Bring it in for a few days when you have time so I can have my guys look at it for you and get it fixed correctly"



I say.......



"I smile and say okay when I have time"



a few weeks goes by Found a job in studio city, CA and I decide to go to Vegas for my birthday, and guess who i call Sam I'm feeling like taking him up on that offer and fixing it for good and plus i needed an oil change which i was more then willing to pay for. And I say these exact words...



Sam I am willing to pay for the oil change but the lights are flickering and feels like its going to die but before you fix anything let me know the cost SAM.



then he says....

Okay Okay Chris Ill take care of you.



So I'm in Vegas celebrating my birthday People flew in from everywhere epic weekend of my Life, I am at lunch chilling and I look down at my Phone and see a text message from Sam saying its going to be 360.00 to pick up my truck....wait wait wait wait....where the heck did that come from. My Friend Immediately snatched my phone and said "Don't let that guy ruin your weekend". So i didn't respond until 7 am that Monday morning. And after his aggressive tone I immediately called my lawyer, I could have just gotten my car back without paying but i agreed to pay him a week later after he made me sign an invoice before he released my f*(& car.



Preparing to pay him but guess what.... THE TRANSMISSION IS DONZO AND THE TRUCK IS JUNKED SO I'M STUCK WITH A NONE RUNNING CAR THAT IS GOING TO COST ME 3500.00 TO REPAIR AND YOU WANT TO BOTHER ME ABOUT YOUR 300.00 SUE ME SAM.



My goal is to write about you on yelp, Google +, rip off Report, auto trader, cars.com , any site that takes reviews. then i will mail you the 300.00 after i make sure I tell my story. I am a kind person would dread to write a negative review or speak down on anyone but I'm speaking the truth. I pray for you Sam business is slow for a reason. follow the golden rule of life....Do to others, what you would have them do to you. this truck has financially crippled me.

I pull into this place needing a smog check. They tell me I can't get one until I get some repairs (I had a leak in my coolant line, understandable). They give me an estimate I feel is too high. I tell them I'll be back in 20 minutes to see what my other options are. I'm back in less than 15 and the guy refuses my service. He looks me in the eye and says "No."



Really? Because I wanted to think about it? These are the kind of guys who give the auto repair industry a bad name. Manipulative and incredibly rude.

Don't give them your business. Look elsewhere

We had a bad experience with them. We purchased a vehicle and was told nothing was wrong with it. 10 days later multiple mechanics said it needed 1-3 motor mounts for a cost of $300-$700. It is not safe to drive and when we called the dealer he would do nothing about it.
