went to return my lease car , The leasing end program manager told me if i lease another car they will wave my last month of the old car since i won't be using it and leasing a new car from the same dealership , Sales person show a new car and we negotiate to make the deal and they agreed on the price we discussed , Since it was late in the day I told them i will be back the next day to finish the deal , as we signing the paper they start backing up all the things we agreed on , they wanted me to pay the last month of the car i would be dropping off and they change the price we both agreed on, they waisted my time and manager in the back didn't even make the time to come out and apologize about any misunderstanding or explain the whys behind why they changing their words.I am requesting headquarter from VW to contact me through email.

I began with a sales man named: Teddy O Meir he assured me that the used truck he sold me was solid. But it's like a used book when you open it you began to find missing pages. The truck had a cracked tail light , deep scratches , issues with remote start and dents on the roof. I had the truck for one month but had documented those issues and when I finally returned to get it fixed he said " what do you expect it's a used truck" . I ask myself should I ever buy another vehicle here??? . After reviewing the purchase contract they overpriced the truck they sold me because of the damage and kelley blue book value was 4, 000 dollars lower after my. Bank investigated. I will definitely never purchase another vehicle from this dealership.
Good selection. Not super huge but they had a really nice SUV I had my eye on. The guys were friendly and answered all my questions. Didn't end up buying...was not in my budget...but will be back.
Had a problem with my GTI, took it in expecting the worse, and got a lot better of a price than I was expecting. You always hear that dealerships try and over price you and that they are scams but these guys are really amazing and honest. Matt in the service department help me and was upfront with everything, made sure I knew what was going on every step and even helped look up warranty stuff for me. He made the whole thing so easy.
