McClellan RV Park

I live out of state and work for a construction company that often has work in Sacramento. I and many of the other construction workers that I work with have stayed at McClellan Mobile Home/RV park, for weeks, or even a few months at a time. The manager, Bev, is always willing to help us with a good rate, whether it is just for a few days or a few months. We have returned to this park each time we have had work in the Sacramento area. It is clean, quiet, dog friendly, and the owner and manager are willing to help accommodate our needs. Some of us do not like hauling our RV back and forth so, the owner allowed us to keep our RV's on our spaces for a cheaper rate, while we were not using them. This park, has been great and we will continue to stay here whenever we have work in Northern California. Great customer service and a very quiet place to stay.

lived there for over 7 years to long. tired of to much noise, gang wars, neighboors that won't leave u alone and they have a knew owner called pam who harasses the tenents etc.

I recently stayed at McClellan Mobile Home and RV park for about a week and found my stay quite pleasant. The first thing I noticed about the park is it's quite atmosphere; no barking dogs, or loud people. The office staff and owner are very nice and helpful; they were able to answer any questions that i had and made my stay very comfortable. The park is gated and they have 24 hour on-site staff to provide peace of mind for all tenants. They have a laundry room, a very nice large pool and they allow 2 pets per space. While I was there i was informed that the owner was in the process of beautifying the park with things such as a large flowerbed in front and bamboo to cover the storage area. All of the improvements look great! I would definitely stay here again!
