Buyer Beware! Here is my experience. They have a credit card on file so they can charge it every month to pay the rent. Every few months or so, I get informed that I haven't paid and in several of those cases that I owe a late fee (this has happened around 5 times (one was legit when my bank's system was compromised and I couldn't get them the newly issued card information before they tried to run it). I call and they tell me the card was declined (in every case). To give them the benefit of the doubt, I call the bank, and I'm told there have been no problems with the card (which I already know because all my, and my family's, accounts are monitored closely). I call them back and tell them there hasn't been a problem and they run the card and it's goes through. I asked them why the didn't call me, they said they did and find out they called an old number. I updated my number, in person, over a year ago, but somehow it's not on file. They told me they sent two notices to my address, prior to the one I received. I have not received these two prior notices. They're the ONLY place that card has been declined in all the years I've had the account. Generally the staff has been good to deal with, but the manager I spoke with this last time was very unprofessional, and also told me the declined card had nothing to do with them. But, I'm starting to think the card or the bank aren't the problem. If this had happened one or two times, I could see where that might be possible. I'm now concerned that there may be some less than honest business practices occurring. But, I investigate fraud for a living (over 20 years), so maybe I'm overly suspicious. Maybe this is just a technical issue or some other unintentional issue on their end that they are unaware of or unwilling to investigate, but the more this happens to me without anything that can be explained on my end, the more suspicious I get. I hope this helps. As soon as I'm back in Cali, I'll be looking for a new place.

We have been using these units for over 10 years now. Not only are the units spacious, but extremely economical. Half the price of comparable units. Easy access, although their hours are a little limited. Metal shipping containers, so no common walls with anyone else.
