Mom and Pops Discount Tires

they are bad news. I took my car there, was told it was my fuel pump. and would cost five hundred dollars to fix. didn't get it fixed there. found out the fuel pump was fine. the only thing wrong with it was a six dollar fuse. I can't belive they would do that to a senior citizen on a fixed income. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. and telling everyone I know.

TERRIBLE!!!

Deeply scratched & dented my chrome rims. Offered to pay half to re-chrome my rims If I used his guy!!!!! HALF??? I didn't plan on spending anything to re chrome my rims!!!

Parking lot full of screws razors broke drill bits chunks of broke glass. All kinds of debris, i Ran over a carpet blade with my other truck sliced it sideways!!! Less than 2000 miles on them!! Dumpster overflowing with carpet padding! and piles of broken trim and remolding garbage piled beside it! Offered to put one of his used tires on my truck and patch my tire for me to pick up another day???

Why not patch it and put it back on my truck now!

Would not align my front end, told me my ball joints needed to be replaced around $1000.00

Took it to a alignment specialist next day. They aligned it and said everything was fine!

Left with blade still in tire and messed up rims!!!!

Took car over for a 2nd opinion on a/c that wasnt working. Talked to them twice about bringing car in. They where like sure no problem . The husband calls me tells me my compreser is bad and low on freon. Told him that napa said it was a relay board. He tried to hit me with a 800+ bill to fix a/c and charged me to look at a/c ! I wont be back there ever. P.s. i got my a/c fixed and it wasnt the big job he made it to be and my compresser is working fine. Napa was honest and saved me from this dishonest person. Dont go to mom and pops. Be safe out there when getting your car checked.

If you're in the market for new tires, do yourself the favor of saving time, energy and money by purchasing them from Mom and Pop's. Not only are they service-oriented (promptly returning calls, professional AND personable), their quote for 4 new tires is going to save me approximately $150 compared to what other dealers, repair shops etc. wanted to charge me. In addition, the price includes a free alignment! Had I not just paid for one (which is how I learned about 'radial pull'), that would have saved me another $70! They are, graciously, going to recheck/redo the alignment after installation. You can't find a better deal: Mom and Pop's has personalized, friendly customer service and unbeatable prices.
