We purchased brand new 2016 EZGO RXV for $ 10000.00 in Dec. 2015. The cart was delivered dirty, never washed, domes on button down curtain didn't close, wind shield would not close up. poor installation. The golf cart would surge at a medium speed, they tried to tell us our foot was the problem. We contacted EZGO the Manufacture and found out that this was inherent with this model cart and that they did not have a fix for this. However the service Tech from EZGO would not put this writing.We wanted to return the Cart however Affordable carts says it is not their problem and EZGO would not do anything. Affordable carts had damaged the front steering alignment when they took our cart 4 times back and forth to their repair shop. They never did fix this problem and now the front tires are bald and worn out.We are seasonal residents of Florida and this cart has not been used 365 days a year. We went to Affordable Carts last week to see if they could do anything about our Cart, they offered a $ 20.00 off new front tires and nothing about how they would fix the alignment problem and said they were busy that we have wait 1 month for repairs. We are now looking for another service depot for our cart.One good thing was the service manager that is not there now was excellent and he did his best, however the owner was very greedy and was in the process of selling out.
