Great guys who will complete the work needed instead of doing needless replacement of parts which have many miles worth of use still left in them. Have a conversation with them about what you want fixed now and what can wait until later.

I recently brought a used car from William Howell Auto Svc. at 161 Westchester Ave. Seven days later the o2sensor light comes on, the oil pan starts to leak. William told me to take the car to his brothers shop on 4210 Buffalo Rd. Mind you when I brought the car the emergency brake was broken, he said he would fix anything within thirty-days. Brother turns off o2 sensor. Had to go to Coles Muffler to get o2 sensor turned on paid 200.16 dollars for the sensor. Went back to his brthers shop on 4210 Buffalo Rd to see if he would inspect the car. His brother inspects the car and said I was go to go. Ten days later I go to Firestone to get the car reinspected and found out the car was not properly inspected and should have never passed, I allready new this. Two front axles were loose, brake line has no flares to stop the car from comming apart, no emergency brake, one rear stud missing on each side, brake drums chipped, and license plate bulbs were missing, because I took them out to see if the shop was respectable. Could have died going to get my car inspected on 4210 Buffalo Rd. The Howwell's are ripping people because they got me. Mother Diane sings the title for a lower book value, brother on 4210 Buffalo Rd. inspects them and William Howell sells them. 161 Westchester Ave (594-4646) (288-2501) are the same people doing bussines as 4210 Buffalo Rd. But if you look in the phone book you will see Thompson D. under the name for 161 Westchester Ave. Beware.

My husband and I took our truck here to have some work done after being quoted double the cost at Monroe Muffler. They were very honest and fair. I would definitely use them again for any work I need done.

We have had our SUV serviced here 2x and that will be the last. Ripped off both times . The help is incompentent ,way to young to be doing that kind of service. The owner/ owners are constantly bickering and you never know who to believe. Not Going there again!!!!!!!!!1
