The Belvedere

This apartment complex is very dated and built on the cheap, certainly not luxury. The apartments are dark, there is no granite, very old appliances and none energy efficient, low-end cabinetry, no walk-in showers, dim and very dated lighting fixtures, overgrown vegetation blocking residents' windows, and inept workout facility. The management has failed in keeping the complex current and well maintained, while charging luxury apartment rental rates. The apartments are poorly insulated and residents hear every move and cabinet door open/shut in neighboring apartments. The detached garages are inadequate in size for even small to mid-size cars. Would not recommend, as the operation appears to be just about the profit margin and not about providing quality apartment for residents. The community is advertised as gated, but the gates are inoperable, remaining open allowing non-residents to trespass. Look elsewhere, there are many nice and quality options in the area!
