This place was horrible. AND I kid you

This place was horrible. AND I kid you not that they segregated everyone in there. Had all the white people in one section, the latinos in another and the asians were in the back room and I didn't never see them get up to go to the buffet section and no they weren't working there. PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Totally Disappointed

We have been going to this restuarant for years. We have really loved going to this restuarant when we wanted a buffet. BUT, last month, we went and they no longer have crab legs on the buffet. You have to order it by pound and pay extra. We also found that several items on the buffet were either no longer there or that the ones we loved were badly cooked or presented. We also found that the service is also lacking now. This was an extreme let down and we will no longer eat at this restuarant.

HONG KONG BUFFET

Never ver come back to this place, the customer service HORRIBLE !!! I don't know fi they change people around o change the owner but who ever is in charge there has the worst manners I've even seen. We was customer for over 3 years but after our last experience NEVER EVER COME BACK. just an example: After the bad service my dauther almost (3 year old) eat a few grapes from my plate well they charge me a kids buffet because of that YOU DONT DO THAT TO NOBODY !!! -she eat before we went there- We we told the ""OWNER"" why they charge us for that with the worst customer serivce told me she eat grapes !!!! after argue with him I told him well You just lost 2 frecuent customers and his answer was THAT'S FINE !!!!...for a few grapes ??????.....by the way THEY DONT OFFER GRAB LEGS NO MORE !!! THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA FOR A POUND....

Worst Buffet Ever

I go to alot of buffets. I am not a picky eater. But first then tried to seat us first before telling us the price. Which is very over priced($14.99) for the way there food tasted and there service. The food was cold. Some of the food looked old. The only thing that as good was the crab legs, egg rolls and sweet tea. The deserts are nasty and tasted like they had been there for day. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. IF I was you..I would stay AWAY

East meets West

Love this place and so do the Kids, their Crab legs are succulent and sweet just the right amount of seasoning on them, very fresh, and if thats not your choice there are many other things to choose from. They also have a grill where you can choose your own meats and veggies and prepare them right there any style you like, price is reasonable just come hungry!

Pack your plate, easy on the wasabi

I ate here several times when I was going through my big buffet phase. They have a lot of food, combining chinese, japanese, mongolian, and american dishes on there buffet. However, since it is a big buffet, it is pretty watered down. The sushi isn't great but its all you can eat. I witnesed one of the funniest moments ever here when a little girl put a giant scoop of wasabi on her plate, you only need a little pinch. She crammed a big mouthful in and started screaming at the top of her lungs saying, ""hot, hot, I can't feel my mouth."" She spit it all out on her table. I fell over in my seat laughing. I saw the whole thing happen. Yeah I could have said something before she swallowed, but ignorance is bliss.
