Aileen F Tucker Lawyer

Going by the name of Aileen Lang, this attorney is being paid by the State of Virginia to serve as Guardian ad litem for a child my husband and I hav had custody of for five years. She is arrogant beyond comprehension and apparently unable to read a court order or keep her facts straight. She twice corrected me on the name of the program the special needs child participated in. Only problem was that the info I gave her was correct. She then went on to describe two other scenarios incorrectly. The counselor had suggested the mother needed further testing to determine a diagnosis. The GAL never even contacted the counselor (LCSW). When I asked Ms Tucker/Ms Lang if she ever contacted or got any feedback from the counselor, she changed the subject a minimum of three times and finally raised her voice and told me that NO she would not answer my question. I know there are privacy laws and if that was the issue it would have been a simple reply.
