I have been attending this church for several years now and I recommend it to any Catholic who wishes to pursue a deeper more vibrant faith. I started going to the church when it was served by the Franciscans. When I discovered Fr Remmo was leaving , I was disappointed, but he told me that I would like the news priests. I do and I feel so blessed to be able to be part of such vibrant, growing christian community.

I have always loved this Church and prefer it over the other larger churches in Charlotte. It's like family. They have 2 buildings that they use for service. Very friendly.
Stay away, stay far away. Thischurch is now a throwback to the Dark Ages, or at least, the regressive pre-Vatican II days. Women wearing mantillas, increase use of Latin and the extraordinary rite, and worst of all, girls prohibited from being altar girls. People are leaving this parish in droves. It was a wonderful, warm, and friendly place when it was a Capuchin parish, but since it was turned over to diocesan priests, a swift trip back in time -- and not for the better. Are they even listening to the new Pope?
