Horrible, horrible customer service. Sweet tea was sour. Manager got upset because I told them. Slam dunked tea in trash, cup exploded tea went everywhere. I asked for money back, just for tea. Money was thrown at me. Do not eat here. Manager/owner said she knew tea was sour. When you try to talk to them they act like they don't understand you. She wanted me to get egg rolls in place of drink. If the tea is sour and you knew, why would I eat your food. No telling whats going on there.

Overall
Horrible Customer Service.

I've never eaten at this restaurant, however I never will.

I called to ask if they deliver to my area, the gentleman on the other line had me repeat my address several times.

I did so slowly each time but he would ask me to repeat it.

I had to give it in military phanetics...

He told me he did not know where that was,

I explained it giving landmarks and street names...

I explained this 3 times...

He said he'd have to find it then call me back.

He didn't even get my phone number or name...

What a horrible first, and only, contact with this esablishment.

I wonder what it would have been like had I gone in to place an order...

Probably just as bad.

Nevermind Yum Yum Express, I'll go elsewhere.
