New Beginnings Bridal & Formal Wear

Bad, Bad, Bad ownership and terrible service. The owner Sheila McQueen sign a consulting agreement with my firm. She was to pay $250.00 for a 12 month contract. During the times of the contract, my firm negotiated a deal for the acquisition of a new bridal store in NC, we consulted her on numerous issues on expanding the business, etc. Since she could not afford to pay our fee, she opted to offer is 25% ownership of the business. After we had our attorney write the contract, Sheila kept stalling to sign. Now since my firm had access to her files, it's not a surprise to me of all of these bad reviews. We are still owed $3000.00 for our services and she refused to pay.
