Meineke Car Care Center

The srevice is awful!! I took my moms car there to have it maintenance before getting on the road. I explained to them we where headed out of town and I needed air pressure fluids and everything checked. I paid for this extra service and it was not rendered at all!! I left there got 20mins on the road and air pressure light came on so we got off to have it checked and it was low. I called them to complain and he tells me the climate changing 20mins away caused it. A couple months later I took my car to be maintence, left there and was told my back tail light was out so once again I called to complain because Im paying for services that im not receiving. Me not learning my lesson went back a third time a couple months later to have my truck service, This time I checked my own fluids before leaving home. Left there pushed the washer fluid nothing came out no one said anything. Found out later they never changed the oil filter either when they changed the oil.

I was told about the wait upfront, but I didn?t mind. However, I did mind babysitting the receptionist son. Yes, she bought her son to work and he made a mess of the lobby. All of this was going on while his mom sat in the shop with the Techs joking. I finally had enough so I stood outside in the hot sun to wait for my car. 90 minutes later they pulled my car in, I thought great! So I went over there to see how long it would be and to see the broken parts. I saw the guy take off the stabilizer links, then he went to go smoke a cigarette. So I asked what was the hold up? He stated he is waiting on parts. I began to get frustrated. After waiting for 90 minutes, the parts were not ordered. The manager told me the parts were on the way and it was coming from Bamberg. Clearly he was telling me a LIE. Then he left the store, yes, he got into his car and left. I was not waiting another hour for parts so I got into my car and left. DO NOT GO TO THIS MEINEKE!
