Gerald's Tires & Brakes

I was quoted a price on tires from this company and when I went to get them the price was almost $200 higher. I'll raise Cain on their Facebook page and the clay watts contacted me.he stated he would make up the difference and send me a coupon for four wheel alignment. That was 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive anything from geralds.clay Watts is not returning my phone calls and is obviously lying to me from the beginning. I have done business with this company for over 25 years but I will never set foot in their door again. But not only lost my business but also two of my daughters and my wife's business. I don't do business with liars

I had Steven White put on my new Cooper tire. It Looks so pretty ! Steve even took the time to put my spare tire underneath my Chevy Blazer. Im in AWE, ..LOOK UP STEVEN, HES A GENTLEMAN IN A COMPLETELY PROFFESSIONAL WAY !!!!

In there commercial they say they don't just look for today's dollar but their future business as well. If they really mean that they shouldn't lie to their women consumers. My grandmother took her car in to have her front brakes changed. The employee at Gerald's told her she needed back brakes as well because they were metal to metal. She told him she would have to hold off on doing the back brakes and to just continue doing the front. I took the car to my personal mechanic almost a year later and he said the back brakes were fine she had plenty of padding left. I will make sure none of my family or friends give this place any business since their policy is to lie to their customers. RIP OFF!!!!

I've gone to the Gerald's in the 5600 rivers location twice now and both times greeted by unfriendly servicemen. The first time I arrived at 730 when they were advertised as open and was told they only had 2 people and I'd have to wait a half hour or so til more workers showed up. All I needed was a tired changed. The second time I asked for a service that location didn't provide and was told to go to the one up the road. When I explained I was new to the area and wasn't familiar the rude man gave an exasperated sigh (perhaps because it was just opening and still tired) and gave me crappy directions. Waiting at the new location now after driving aimlessly for a good 15 minutes before locating it Hopefully their service will be better.

Good honest business with great customer service and pricing. Spend your money with the good guys!

As far as service goes, they set the standards of what great, quality and fast service should be. I know a lot of businesses that can learn a thing or two from Gerald's. With that said, they do not have the cheapest prices in town. I purchased a set of Bridgestone Deulers from another retail and they were a little over $300 cheaper than Gerald's. I know that they carry specific tires and they may be cheaper than other places but I wanted the Bridgestone's si.ce they

went in to buy 4 new tires for my van. Had to wait for them to arrive which is not a problem at all. But, they took the wheels off my van; left it on jacks, and 4 hours later, I was finally getting out of there. Have been in here before for one of my cars and had to wait then also. It doesn't take long to change tires. Been there, done that. Also, the tires that I had bought for the van were Milestones. After one year, the tread separated from the casing on two of them while I was driving. I stopped in time to assess the situation before it became dangerous. Yes, I keep the tires balanced and the front end aligned and the air pressure up to specs. Poor quality and poor customer service. They also have lost my business for life just like Tire Kingdom. I don't mind spending the cost. Quality products and great customer service stands head and shoulders above cost in the long run.

Geralds' manager and team did an excellent work accomodating my request and needs. Two Honda dealers played games and may me believe I needed to change the brake master cylinder with 72 k miles. They wanted to overcharge me for everything including the rags and screws. Gerald replaced the part with a new Honda part and charged me a lot less. The work was perfomed in less than an hour when the dealer told me it will take about 2.5 hours. Mr. Vazquez was very professional and honest. I recomend anyone to go to them to work on their brakes and tires. Excellent group.
