Fort Dorchester High School provides curriculum that includes opportunities for the continuous intellectual, physical, moral and social growth of students. It serves students in grade 9 through 12. Established in 1992, the school s academic curriculum includes classes in math, science, media, English, social studies, foreign language and physical education. Fort Dorchester High School maintains a parent -teacher-student association that works for student welfare. The school administers the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program for more than 110 students. It also offers instruction in vocational technology and business education. Fort Dorchester High School is governed by Dorchester District Two, which serves over 20,400 students in various elementary, middle and high schools.
