Cruisin' Kuts

The only time they groomed my dog they did a good job. Impossible to get them back out. Cancels at the last moment then says will call you back with their next available time. Does not call back. When I texted them I was told they have regular customers and have no idea when they will come out but will contact me. Very unreliable.

My dogs just loved their beauty treatments from Cruisin' Kuts! Melanie was so gentle and caring while observing additional concerns for their good health! She was extremely professional, prompt, and went overboard beyond my expectations! I will definitely use her services again.

These people are Amazing! I asked them to help my sister who is very ill. Has 3 dogs badly in need of grooming. Melanie doesn't take appointments on Saturday's but sensed the emergency and responded immediately, bringing her helper along on their day off!
Upon her visit, she found more serious problems, made suggestions for proper and quick relief for the pets and offered to take it even further.
Not only is Cruisen Cuts highly professional, but their care and concern for their customers goes far beyond their call. In my case, I would consider Melanie and her staff "Angels of Mercy" and wound highly recommend them to the best. Only wish I lived in Charleston so I could thank her in person
