Moron technicians. Worthless customer service. Too many things wrong to report. I cancelled my service agreement in May. Still waiting on refund. I’ve called countless times and am always told something different. I keep being told management will contact me but no one has. This company is ridiculous! I’d give 0 stars if that was an option.

The pressure you into buying a new HVAC system for over $12,000.00 and leave the old unit in your yard for a week or more and will not return phone calls. My old unit ($11,000.00) was only 6 years old and had worked well until this April when I had my bi-yearly maintenance call. Then they came back no less than 10 service calls later. Replaced 4 computer boards and 3 thermostats. And told me that since I through the las thermostat away , to replace it would negate my warrenty. This company is a total rip off now!!

These people make Comcast customer service look good. Eighty plus tear old w maint contract on three year old unit calls them at 1pm almost hundred degree day to get service call on unit that quit working. They just show up after 8pm. They work on wrong unit- actually neighbors and they are told they were working on wrong unit while they were doing it. They finish, charge 85 year old lady almost $200 and leave. No cold aur was coming out vents when they left and they were told it was still not working. Over 90 degrees in residence and 85 yr old lady had to go sleep on neighbors couch. Next day ARS called and comes back. This time charges over $400. Attempted to talk w local mgt and all calls totally ignored. Had repair receipts showing serial numbers that proved they worked on wrong unit tge first time. Had to involve ARS corporate out of state to get the local ppl to even talk to me and eventually make things right.

6 weeks of Misery

Hired ARS to replace entire HVAC system. Four days job turned into 6 wks of H--L! . Everything was done wrong and had to be fixed. I was even yelled at by a mgr from ARS. Another ARS mgr. inspected and said job was done. S'ville City Inspector came & found 7 code violations. Wouldn't pass the job.I was told it was the worst job he had ever seen. I fired ARS. I had not paid anything. ARS atty drew up a waiver to release them of any damages. It also stated they would pay me compensation. OK! I had lost rental revenue on the property and am now paying the tenents $100 on their electric bill monthly due to collapsed ducts and other problems. ARS then reneged on the contract they drew up and signed. Now I have an attorney. In short, ARS is Awful!

I had three quotes on my AC system. From the tech(Harry) to my Sales Lady (Sandra) it was a smooth
machine. They did everything they said and more.
