Horrendous. Cannot locate the owners of this location to find out if the know their "manager" on floor wears no name tag or any tag at all and refuses to give her name. I asked 3 Times. I ordered a 10 pie e nugget combo meal and asked for extra sweet and sour sauce. 3 Times over the course of the experience While still waiting the car in front of me received my drink. The male employee laughed and swapped them out. Then when I was at the window I was there 5 minutes before a female employee asks from a difference if I got a coffee...I answered no I got a 10 pie e with EXTRA S&S sauce. I then here her tell the manager "she got a 10 pie e with EXTRA S&S sauce"Finally after 8 minutes the bag is handed to me and of course I check inside after what I've witnessed so far. No extra S&S. What followed was both comedic and horrific. They refuse to give me another sauce. They wanted to run my card again for a 3rd sauce cup. I asked to speak to the manager. As soon as she said "I'm the manager" I knew I was screwed. I said I ordered extra and she says "we don't give S&S sauce for free!" I said your employee made the mistake and 2 others by the time I was handed my meal" she says "I didn't make a mistake" Jaw drops...excuse me you're a manager which means all employee mistakes ate your responsibility. So she continues to argue and refuse to give me this sauce cup without running my card again. I said never mind just give me your name. She ignores me. The 3rd time I asked for her name she says "you don't need my name" I pulled out my phone and recorded she RAN like the dickens as soon as I did and they all pretended I wasn't there. I called the 1800 number but nothing much there. I've been searching for the owner information for over an hour and am at a loss. Insanity. I got her. A pic of front side and back. I'm debating whether to upload or what yo do. I want my money back. I got 3 nuggets in to the best cold food clearly Sat there forever
The best Wendy's in the area because of Cheryl. She is a day brightener. We live 2 miles from Wendy's we drive the 8 miles for the University location. And the 4 for $4 is an excellent value. Highly recommended.
Twice now have visited this location they are to slow in the drive thru. Over 10 minutes each time.
Service here is absolutely horrible I went there on a Sunday evening there were several cars in the drive-through however no one was on the inside and absolutely no one addressed me approached me asked me if I wanted anything it wasn’t until five minutes after I’ve been inside the restaurant as I prepare to leave did someone say I don’t think anyone spoke to this young lady absolutely horrible service I will never come inside this restaurant again.
I've always wondered why at lunch time this restaurant is never busy. Now I know. The cashier was extremely rude sucking her teeth at me before taking my order. It was what you want not may I take your order. I placed my order and at the time there was two other people waiting on their food. After ten minutes of one guy working and four standing around talking we still didn't have our food. One of the other people demanded his money back they actually asked him why. They ha e him the run around be before he got mad and demanded his money now. Food was decent when I finally got it. I was late returning from my lunch break. I will not return to this establishment.
it tasted ok but later on that night me and all my kids got sick from they food some of the chicken was still bleeding when I check the rest of the food
Very good Burger's and there afraid of size���� so all in all its a great fast food joint quick easy��������
Make sure you check your Frisco Burger order before you leave. They do not toast it! One of the women was very helpful. The guy however in the back could for the life of him could not understand why I would ever complain about the buns being covered in butter but not toasted. He had a bad attitude about it, which the lady made known to him. They remade my sandwich and toasted one side only, but the other side was not toasted enough if at all. I will try them again but I will Definatley check if order is correct before leaving.
Saw someone order their food as we were pulling up to window at the outdoor dining area. Their food was out in like 2mins, we still hadn't received our first food order. Then the car hop comes out with an order of two hamburgers and a slushie again not my order. The car behind me get's that order. At this point I drove off because I only get a 30min lunch and was going to be late getting back. Drove across the street to Cook Out and within 5-8mins I had placed my order, paid, and picked up my food at the window. SHAME ON YOU SONIC! Management needs to work on their lunch service for sure. This was unacceptable. Will not be returned to this Sonic location. You chould learn something from your two Goose Creek locations customer service.
I pulled into the drive thru ordered 2 meal deals. Paid for them the young man told me to pull around he would bring out to me. Waited five minutes, checked my order and my fries were cold after I had to wait. pulled back thru told the young man I needed hot fries because mine were cold. Pulled back around and figured I go in because looking thru the door I could tell my fries had not been dropped!!! There were 4 employees there. 2 was sitting down. One was wipeing the coke machine and dude seemed lost. The lady that was sitting down got up and told him to put !my burgers under the lights and drop some fries. She apologized. All this is fine, but it happens EVERYTIME I go to Hardee's. These kids had a very lackadaisical attitude and most usually do. I would think Hardee's would train and monitor their employees better. I am glad I only use Hardee's for last resort.
