Yesterday my husband and I went to this dealership to get a Mazda3. I told the man exactly what I wanted and he told me the trim I should get would be the Grand Touring. First off I loved the car. He was right it had everything I wanted. So after we drove the car we told them what we wanted to pay and he came back and told us that what we wanted to pay would be fine and everything was going to work out. We had to go to our bank to get the loan but the bank was closed. So they gave us the keys and said just to get it down tomorrow and bring the car back to get it detailed and the tank filled up once we got the loan. So I was driving the car all that night and today. When we went to get the loan they pointed out the VIN number on the sheet didn't match the car. They didn't make a big deal about it. Just used to VIN on the car to secure the loan. So we got the loan and the check and went driving back to the Mazda dealership to pay them and get my new car cleaned up.Before I handed them the check I casually said something about about the VIN's not being the same, thinking it was just some silly mistake. The financier looks at me confused and says that the VINS wouldn't match because that wasn't my car. Of course I'm confused and told him so. Apparently without telling us they decided if we wanted to pay a certain amount per month that we had to get a lesser model. NO one told us this. We both were under the impression that we were getting the car we drove off the lot with! When we said as much all they had to say was we're sorry for the misunderstanding. Do you want the lesser model? Of course we said no. At this point just on Principal of the matter. My husband even tried talking to the manager who took a phone call from his PERSONAL phone in the middle of my husband talking! The salesman also told us that he informed us of the change, which he certainly didn't. Why would I take home one model but be getting another? That just doesn't make any sense! What makes it all worse to us is how much they thanked my husband for serving in the military and how they respected him so much and how gratefully they were to him and they they tried to rip us off!
I had recently bought my Nissan there. I was so excited I always wanted one. I had brought it home the come to find out the heat wasn't working. I called them after numerous calls and bringing it there they said they would fix it. Which they did. I get it back and now the AC won't work when I had gotten it it worked great. So they told me they would fix but after numerous more calls all they did is brush me under the rug. Ill I wanted is for them to fix my car that I had bought broke in the first place. I guess all that matters to them is the sale the the customer. I feel really betrayed by them. I hope this makes some people to really look at other options to buy a car from a place that will give you the great customer service you deserve.
Lets see...Count on them to take a minimum of 4 weeks for warranty work on pressure washers. They label them industrial but they really are $4000 pieces of residential crap. Broke 1st month we had it after 3 uses. Have replaced the pumps 3 times. Then they refuse to give you the parts so you can do it yourself since they take a MONTH! Ken the manager will treat you like crap even being 6 months pregnant. Theres a reason they only have one store. Spend the extra 500 on a pressure washer somewhere else or you will absolutely regret it. Worst management in history. Hes been there forever and no one cares because hes great with ripping people off. My next $6500 pressure washer will nottt be from this place. Excuse the anger, its from being treated like crap by Ken. Each and every time their product broke.
Most pleasurable car buying experience ever. From start to finish this dealership was gentle, laid back, and relaxing to do business with. Chuck is a true gentleman and holds your hand the entire time. They have stuff to keep your kids busy too. Shop here first! You wont regret it!
Worst mistake of my life!!! Within 3 months I have dumped hundreds of dollars into this vehichle. Still haven't seen a supposed 175 point inspection paperwork. Vehicle now has no worming airbags. Do not trust them with your families lives.
Had a life change that called for a change in vehicles. Went to Stokes based on two previous excellent experiences with buying from them. Worked with Travis the manager and Clarence from sales to get a great deal on a much nicer car than I had originally planned on buying. An excellent experience overall; got a great deal on a great car. I'll continue to shop there and will definitely continue to refer people there.
I admit I didn't purchase a vehicle from here but I had a very enjoyable and pleasant experience with the Service Department. The new Express Service allows you to roll in and complete routine maintenance. The Service Mgr was honest and reviewed everything thoroughly and try didn't do unnecessary workI will definitely come back
Never again will I buy a vehicle from this dealership! Love my car! But never again with them! The service department is a joke! Very judge worthy people! If you are a young female don't even bother! They will try to sell anything and everything that is not necessary to you! Hate this place! Blah!
