This has been the best Walmart Optical I’ve ever been to. Dr. Banks is brilliant and the staff is super polite and helpful.
You can't find a better eye doctor. I'm sure everyone is biased to their eye doctor, but mine is seriously the best... go see for yourself ;)Dr. Lesslie has been my eye doctor since 2006 and I can't imagine seeing anyone else for my eyesight. Because of her expertise, she was able to diagnose a serious illness in me by simply looking in my eyes. It was mind boggling how she did that! We love her and her staff! Go "see" her!
They really need to train their staff on customer service and basic decency. I'd never give them my business the way I was spoken to
Love the eye doctor but the customer service here sucks. I understand they want to make money but if I tell you no don't keep trying to make me buy from you. Ppl at the desk is rude and because I didn't want to do busy with them he thru my prescription at me. Then he said oh we good enough to get ur eyes check but not good enough to buy glasses or contacts. Nope your not good enough I'll go some where that has good services and a better variety
The doctor is always great with my kids, and everyone is so friendly. The get us in and out quickly with no lagging. Prices are reasonable as well.
I have been using Optical Impressions for many years. Continue to look for alternatives, because glasses, especially progressive lenses, are expensive. But I have yet to find one much cheaper, and the service at Optical Impressions is outstanding. Another bonus is the resident eye doctor - Dr. Paul Derrick. He is not only a good eye doctor, but friendly and goes out of his way to make you comfortable and support your needs. Highly recommend.
I've visited this optrician several times, only because it is at a convenient location. Each experience was totally unpleasant and the gentleman is simply rude. Horrible customer service. Each time he is on the phone, and does even attempt to acknowledge anyone's presence. When he finally does decide to engage, he comes across as being completely arrogant. I will not return. America's Best Eyglass is just down the road!
Try to explain this one Hodges? Let me start with my safety glasses (frame and lenses) that were purchased at the office on my work site back in 2012. After the order was placed I was told to come back in a couple of weeks and they should be in. I had to go back 4 times within a 2 month period and still did not have them. The lady who works on site finally said that they would be left at the store when they came in so after a week or so I went into the store and was told ”Oh, I thought you wanted me to take them to the work site”. After 4 or so months of waiting for these I finally got them. The next set was a pair of prescription sunglasses I purchased back in July 2014 (First of two glasses allowed under benefits). They were ordered and billed to insurance in July but I did not receive them until December. I am not sure why it takes so long to get glasses as I have used Pearle Vision and had glasses back in 2 weeks. Anyway, after my eye exam in February 2015 I wanted to purchase one more set of prescription sunglasses but was told by my doctor’s office I did not have any benefits left. I called Hodges and they told me I purchased a pair of safety glasses that perfectly matched the same glasses I purchased in 2012. I disputed the charge and they realized that there was a mistake and would reverse the charge back to VSP. I called VSP to find out about the reversal of my glasses and it never happened. I have talked to numerous people on my work site and they have all had a terrible experience with this place. One more thing, if they are our onsite provider why are they NOT in network? From what VSP told me they charge as an out of network provider (20% more than what in network would be). How can that be?
I love this place. I have purchased many eye glasses, sun glasses and contacts from them for years. Highly recommend and the customer service is excellent!
