Well I didnt get glasses. I feel like I got ripped off. The sale was 2 pairs of glasses for $69.95 with a free eye exam.I told them I had a high prescription to begin with. They told me that that wasn't an issue and I'd still get the sale. Well I go in and do my eye exam and I pick out the frames that were within the sale. I go to the registers and the lady tells me that I won't get the sale because of my high prescription and that my total will be $400. I told them I can't afford that. So we try the price of just one pair. $325. Oh yea like that's so much better. So I told them I can't do that either. "Well if you don't purchase any glasses well have to charge you $60 for the FREE eye exam." Wtf..... so I paid for my exam and left. I'm so upset and mad right now. They could have told me that if it was a high proscription that I wouldn't get the sale. I just wasted my time and money when I could have just gone to Walmart.
It would be a good value at the price, but the wait is very long (even with an appointment). Most of the customer service people are rude & careless and make you feel like you don't matter.
Worst customer service form 80% of the staff. 3 eye exams and still incorrect. Optometrist is separate from the store so corporate can do nothing. They will file against your insurance and will not refund your insurance company. You will make numerous visits before your problem is resolved and so on and so on.... Corporate customer service is of no help either. Shop elsewhere!
Horrible customer service!! Bought 2 pairs of lined bifocals will the understanding if I didn't like them, I could upgrade to progressives for $100 more. They didn't call when either pair were ready, I had to call them and when I went to upgrade lenses, I was told I would have to have the whole amount refunded to debit card and have funds available for upgrade while I waited for refund to deposit. This is NOT the information I was given when I spent the first $300. I will probably return both pairs and take my $400 to a business that will appreciate my patronage.
