I have been to this DD twice because of the fact it is so close to my house. The first time the registers shut down and a line was growing. One person recievied a sandwich so we stayed in line not being told what happened. Then as the line got larger and we did not move and we all continued to wait for a representative to show their face. Eventually we learned of the registers being down and we tried to leave to find we the door we came in had been locked. Fire hazard. This was to prevent others from coming in the main door. I wrote to the customer service email and was told the branch manager would be notified. Apparently not because I came back today to be told hash owns don't come with a meal. Then when I questioned it because the menu clearly states "with hash browns", it was that the store had no hash browns. Please do not lie to your customers face. So when I asked for a bagel with light cream cheese instead I was told no light cream cheese. I asked her co worker if they had light cream cheese and was told yes. So when I received a bagel with regular cream cheese and took it back I was given an attitude and a tub of light cream cheese. My question is who is the owner of this branch and has he ever visited?
