WARNING! They're not real. We regret not looking closer and finding all of the 1 star reviews before we purchased UNSEALED Stone Slaps that they are passing off as COUNTER TOPS. You spill something on it..it seeps in. We're having to replace the 3,500.00 worth of cheap junk that started getting stains from a glass of water sitting on the counter tops. Its a scam company. We've had 2 experienced countertop companies come in and look at it. Theyve never seen anyone install an UNSEALED piece of countertop - we calld them...they actually said we shouldve asked for SEALED material if we wanted it. You cant make this stuff up. Thats like saying "you didn't say you wanted the couch to have cloth on it!! Its nuts. You'l find a lot of reviews that are even worse than ours. We've handed it to the attorneys, and we immediately found out they just change company names and websites. Its a complete SCAM by people who are buying cheap stone, passing it off as countertop grade.
We had a rental property trying to fix and sell. Kitchen was in need of new counter top. So we contacted this company. Granite was stunning. After hours (7PM or later) men and a woman came to measure and give us the numbers. Previously they told us for cash we would get discount. That day I carry cash with me just in case we agree to the final numbers so I can have for deposit.Turn out we need 44 sq. f. not big kitchen. Just because we was selling the house we requested to include sealer and warranty, hopping that will be good sale pinch. All numbers looks OK so I give them 1/2 cash and we sign a agreement. Including in the price was the sealer, installation, warranty. They didn't have copy so I took photo with my phone for my records. Week later they came to installed and bring me final bill with note for cash. Wow, final bill was $450 more then what I agree. She add to the bill I signed extra for the warranty and sealer. Well, she said "you signed you see this is the paper you signed", then I remember I took photo with my phone of what I signed. She also told me to give installers tip, because they carry that heavy granite. The seal where two pieces meet was not good so they came twice to fixed. When we went to pay the final amount, they was ready to beat us. They scream and yell but I turn on my camera on the phone and recorded everything. They actually kick us from the building and told us to pay the difference of $450 or will give us for collection.
True quality and craftsmanship that you will never find in factory cabinets. You exceeded our expectations with our new kitchen cabinets! We are truly blessed. L. MacCartney
