I had recently bought my Nissan there. I was so excited I always wanted one. I had brought it home the come to find out the heat wasn't working. I called them after numerous calls and bringing it there they said they would fix it. Which they did. I get it back and now the AC won't work when I had gotten it it worked great. So they told me they would fix but after numerous more calls all they did is brush me under the rug. Ill I wanted is for them to fix my car that I had bought broke in the first place. I guess all that matters to them is the sale the the customer. I feel really betrayed by them. I hope this makes some people to really look at other options to buy a car from a place that will give you the great customer service you deserve.
Went in to have a front bumper painted white to match my car and have it put on. Lakesha, the manager wrote the estimate and told me about a week they would call me. So I left the brand new bumper w/the production manager Jay. I asked him if the fit was ok, he pulled it out of box and said it was fine. After about a week and 1/2 I called them to follow up. Lakesha told me the bumper was bent and could I return it back where I bought it. I told her no, she then said they would heat it to make it fit. She said it would be fine. After about a week more, they never called me, so I called them&was able to bring my car to have bumper put on while I waited. After it was done, my bumper&the rest of my car were 2different color whites. After pointing this out to them, I was told, like it was no big deal "yeah, the colors are not going to match, if you want them to blend like 1 color, then there will be an additional charge for a different painting process. I was not told this in the very beginning. They got the job, then said, " oh you just told us to paint bumper, put it on and we did." WOW, a paint shop didn't think a paying customer would want their car to be all 1 color. Very disappointed in their communication skills in explaining this in the VERY BEGINING. I would have never wasted time or $$ w/them.oh, almost forgot to mention that the bumper was not even aligned after they put it on my car. There's a gap on 1 side.
Very honest and reliable. I have taken my car to him twice and he treated it like it was his own car. he even washed it for me! I could not be more thrilled with the work he has done. I won't take my car to anyone else.
Horrifying. After 5 weeks of delays the vehicle was presented with the wrong ordered and installed parts. The frame was never inspected and the vehicle was unsafe to drive as we learned driving out of there. Parts were ordered that weren't broken or even on the vehicle.The wrong model fender and bumper valance was installed. Photos are after the repair all wrong parts used.
Financed a gmc terrain from here in October, the purchase process was great and then a month into having the car I got a code for catalytic converter. I said ok, I bought as is so I guess i gotta fix it. Another month later got several codes after the car broke down at a stop light which includes: knocker sensor, camshaft sensor, crank shaft sensor, and a correlation break...with that being said took it to get serviced and its gonna be a $2300 job after finding that timing chain and assembly should be replaced. Charlie advised that I can't expect much out of a car with 180,000 miles, but I would expect a dealership to take pride in what they sell to have repeat buyers. I feel like I wasted my money and anyone buying from here should becareful!!! Charlie was very nasty and I would never recommend buying a vehicle from him.
This is a business that was caught attempting to ship in a Nissan Skyline along with about 56 transmissions and NOT declare those items. On top of that, they tried to value their cargo over $100,000 under the actual cost. They were caught by customs and had their container seized and taken away. Did I mention my transmission was suppose to be in there, too? DO NOT do business with these shady people. Especially when you have to find out what happened because an employee who works there tells you not to spend your money there.
called this morning for a tow lady answering the phone was very nice and helpful they told me it would be an hour and they were there in 30 mins.
Just got towed called them I was in middle of road driver was there in 20 mins, lady on the phone was very nice and helpful was home in 45 mins after calling for tow truck couldn't ask for better service
