I went there with a friend of mine. The server seemed more interested in flirting than serving. Our food was good, but the margarita and service was terrible. They weren't busy at all so I really couldn't understand what the problem was. Anyway, I told him I liked sweet, fruity drinks but the one he recommended was bitter. When I told him about it he said I would have to pay for a different drink since someone had just been fired and everyone was paranoid. I'm not sure what that had to do with us, but I will not be returning.

I bought a Groupon for this establishment for three visits. I went to this location for all three visits. The service was ok. Sometimes they forgot about us or lagged on bringing us our bill. The food is not good here. We had their crab corn chowder, poboy and panini sandwich the first two visits. The poboys were plain, there was no flavor to anything. It was fried shrimp in a plain batter on bread with lettuce and tomato. The panini sandwich was too salty. The chowder was too sweet. During our last visit I just ordered fries and a drink because the waffle fries are good, but how can you go wrong with pre-made fries that just needs to be fried?This is a casual place with lots of parking since it's in a mall.
I have never been more mortified I took one of my employees there after work to reward him he ordered wings it must have been a special night for wings I dont know he asked for a box and they told him no so he said to me I cant take these home she wont give me a box well I had ordered about $60.00 take out and my bill was $139.00 total including take out- so I combined two of my things and gave him my box the man had three wings left- the bartender came up and started screaming at us that we cant do that and are we that desperate adn nasty that we need to steal- so that I said I will pay the difference so he can take em home I am a business owner myself and dont want to cheat anyone- she told me no never mind get the f out of my bar and dont come back shes the owner and doesnt want us there anymore . Mind you this is the first I have ever seen her and we spen between $200-- $3300 a week there. The worst customer service I have ever had! Turns out this was the owners girlfriend who I have never seen before. I will never go back again!!! Terrible and very embarrassing since I had plenty of money to pay for a whole extra order of wings or two or twenty!! Never again a bunch of drunk owners that are nasty!!
I started going when it was Steve's Place. I've been in Charleston 29 years searching for a decent wing place. Found it, finally! Had the best server, Tracy, who made a killer marguerita. Even through the change of ownership, these guys still make the best wings I've ever eaten. Tracy's gone and no one can duplicate her marguerita, but I keep going just for the wings!!!
