Called was told no problem we'll be there in 30 min an hr later I called back was told they were up the street. Waited 3 hrs they never showed up and stop answering the phone. Never use this company!

Needed a car that's been parked illegally in front of our house towed away. We called Shark Recovery and they were quick, kind and resolved the situation.

I shredded my tire in San Antonio (NOT my favorite place to drive) at approximately 7p.m. Called my insurance company and accidentally hung up on them twice! Really wasn't having a good day. After talking to the third person at the insurance company (my fault, not theirs) they said they would send a tow truck - my original plan was to be towed to the local Wal-Mart and sleep in my car until they opened the next morning. The tow truck driver called me approximately 75 minutes after my original call and asked me where I was. By this time I was close to hysterics and crying that I did not know where I was. He hung up and another person (bless his heart) called and asked me where I was. By this time I figured I was never going to get home (I live in Del Rio, TX). Told him the sign that was in front of me which was a school for deaf children. He Googled it and got the driver to me. I said he was taking me to the Wal-Mart and he said "no, I'm driving you and your car home"! At my disbelief, he showed me his phone and it said exactly that. All I can say is God was with me when my insurance company called Lara's Towing and my guardian angel was driving the truck!Cannot possibly say enough GOOD things about this company!

My son's truck broke down and the owner, Joseph, who just happened to be driving next to my son, was generous enough to help tow his truck to a nearby parking lot. He didn't have to do that, but he was kind enough to help my son out. Very nice man, so I very much recommend Rattler Towing company.

It was the worst experience in my life. I scheduled towing 5 hours ahead. Car was late. Then I gave key to the driver and went to my car. Driver loaded my car being all the time on a phone. Then He followed me to the distention. When we got to the distention he couldn't find a key. He became rood. I called to the towing company office, and they said they will talk to driver. Driver said them that he gave key back to me, and that is Not true!!! They they said they will not accept my credit card, and I have to pay them cash at 6am. And he started taking my car away. I was able to find cash. When I originally called them they told me that tow will cost $180, but finally they made me pay $250 because I'm a woman and can't get any help at 6am. They said that lost key is my problem and they don't going to go anything about it. It was the worst experience ever!!!
