Awful experience! I have worked with the public for many years and this has been one of the worst customer relations experiences I have ever had! I dropped off Uggs that were received as a Christmas gift and needed cleaning after the winter was over. The cleaning process took about a month, or longer. When I called to check on the status of the order, they told me that they were finished being cleaned, and that they were ready for pick up whenever. I was reassured that they would not be gotten rid of until I was to pick them up…A few months went by, and as I don’t get things dry Cleaned very much, so I would forget to pick them up… I finally call and I am told that the boots are still there. However, when I go to pick them up and they have no record of me or my boots. I ask that the girl behind the counter to leave a note for the rest of the employees, to help locate them, but I hear nothing. I am told that I will be called back after calling every day for a week, I am given the owners number, and his voice box is full. I am finally called back and a woman again tells me there is no record of me or my boots, and asks if I have the wrong place, and then tells me she has to go because she has a customer. I declare that I am a customer too, and one who’s expensive boots has gone missing in your store…She tells me she has to go. Honestly, I don’t know what I can do at this point, but this has been the worst business related customer care I have ever come across. Do Not takes your belongings here. They may lose them, and then treat you rudely after losing them.
