Couldn’t have asked for a better used truck buying. Sales person, Darren Putts, was so kind, personable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in finding us a nice truck in our price range. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Anthony was my sales guy. My trade had a light up bow tie which I wanted to swap. It was too small.
I said I wanted one si ce I was losing one to which he said no problem.
Today I am told I have to order aftermarket and pay for it....not in the deal. It has a gm part # but says not available.
I was also promised a detail, since it had never been..
Besides all of that, I am 100% satisfied.

I recently had my 2018 Silverado serviced by Spitzer North Canton. I spoke with Service Assistant Lexi Herbert about a possible shock or strut issue . She worked my truck in ASAP . The technician found no defective parts but the service follow up was appreciated. I have had my vehicle serviced on 3 occasions and Spitzer has been prompt and dependable. Thanks Spitzer !

Located a 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT online via Autotraders. This vehicle looked very nice by way of the photos listed by Spitzer. I made contact with Nick Moran and inquired if they did business with potential customers from out of state. He stated he did, but was puzzled as to why I asked. I informed him that I saw another truck I was interested in at a different dealership in Ohio, but read online reviews of that dealership not wanting to deal with out of sate customers and pretty much giving them the run around. Nick reassured me that they had no problems working with out of state customers. I flew in to Ohio from South Carolina on Saturday afternoon and met Nick. He was very friendly and professional. He showed me the truck that I was interested in and we went for a test drive. We came back and began the purchasing process. He even went so far as trying to beat the interest rate from my lender. I was shocked that they were able to. Anyways, the whole process took about an hour and a half and I was the proud owner of a 2015 Chevy Silverado driving off of the lot. Nick treated me with respect and there was no high pressure sales tactics used. If you are in the market for a vehicle and in the North Canton area, I highly recommend Spitzer Chevrolet and ask for Nick. He will get you the best deal.

Worst service I ever experienced in over 30 years of owning vehicles. Made appointment and days go by without them touching my car and their excuse was mine wasn't urgent because I owned other cars. Every call is a different excuse and after 10 days still do not have my car. Please please please not bring your car here for service.

horrible mechanics

so i bought a 2004 aveo in salem. and with every used car no matter how young or old it has some problems. so i got a warranty. needless to say the the anti theft system was going bad on me. so instead of driving all the way to salem they said i could go to any chevy dealer. spitzer was right down the road. i took it in an explained what was going on. and they look up my warranty info and said it would be covered and i have a $100 deductible. i also told them that the left front tire was grinding when i turned right. the mechanic just shrugged his shoulders. so i left the car there, they called me back saying it was actually the horn shorting everything out, and that the sway bar links were going bad. luckily everything would be covered in my warranty. but it still didn't explain the grinding. they had to order the horn so i took the car home and waited. a week later i got a called saying that they got the horn. so i took it in and told them again that the grinding is getting worse and i would really like them to look at it and if covered under the warranty to go ahead and fix it so i would only have to pay one deductible. they said sure thing. got a call a few hours later saying that the wheel baring was very bad and falling apart. BUT they would have to charge me another deductible!! i was very angry and they really didn't say why they would have to charge me again. at first i said i would just fix it on my own. but my parents insisted on not me waiting bc of my busy schedule. and they loaned me the other $100. they said i would get my car the next morning. well i didn't get a call next morning so i called and asked if they were done. the guy said "he thinks so". and then said "yes bob is finishing up the paper work now". so my boyfriend and i head on over there and see my car in the parking lot. no sooner than when he took the key out of his truck, i got a call from the mechanic. he said that he actually wasn't done and needed more time. said the alarm system was not engaging. so we left. but then i thought, why the hell was my car in the parking lot then? after hours of waiting and calling finally they said the car was done. but when i got there, bob the mechanic come out and said "well i still didn't fix the alarm". i thought fire was going to shoot out of my eyes! the reason i brought the car there in the first place and its not fixed. he asked me if my key fob was working before. and i said of course! so i asked him what did he want me to do, leave the car longer? what! he said that i would have to schedule another appointment. i looked at him and said that i wanted this fixed, but he wasn't getting another dime from me! he said that it was ok and he would take care of it. when i talked to him he would always fumble his words around. i didn't like it. i will never go here again and i will defiantly turn people the other way.
