Bought new truck in 2008 From them. its ok. still has a bad shake that they never fixed. I wont be buying me future vehices from them.

I am a veteran starting my own business and set up a vendors license with the state. The business I am doing is Transportation Services. Under this per state law I would not pay sales taxes because we collect on every job we do. The General manager Brian Gilmore would not follow the state law and stated that he just bought his wife a new car and had to pay taxes. He also voiced his option that Uber drivers should not be exempt. So he would not sell me the vehicle. I already have my loan with USAA. The state division of the sales and use tax people even called and told him but he did not care.

I would not use this dealership ever because of this situation.

First-rate experience with the body shop.

Not so much with the service department. What is with charging me for 2 oil changes? My total bill came to more than my 2004 Taurus is worth. I guess they just thought I was a stupid woman.

Recently purchased a vehicle and had a great experience! I didn't know exactly what I wanted when I first inquired online, but received a lot of information that helped me find my new vehicle. Very happy with Mullinax/AutoNation!
