We were having a maintenance issue with our copier. A technician was prompt to arrive and fixed the issue. The tech was very helpful and diligently took the steps needed to correct the issue. Thanks LA Office Solutions!

We just recently upgraded our old copier to a new copier and couldn't be happier. We love our new machine, it does everything we could possible need it to do. They sold us the perfect copier for our needs and still stayed within our budget. I would definitely give them a call.

Our corporation recently purchased a large number of machines from LA Office Solutions. I have to say, the transition from beginning to end has been seamless. This has been the easiest installation we have experienced... by far.

Would give less than 1 star if possible. Hoping KYOCERA USA will step in and help us.Our per copy costs were increased from our signed sales order the day the machine was delivered.We were quoted a single price for copies, yet if we make a copy using the doc. feeder or by laying on the glass, we actually pay for the scan AND the copy, which doubles the cost of each copy! We can't have an extra set of toners, because we only pay monthly for our usage, and they would be out more than 45 days on the cost of 4 toners! We run large jobs afterhours,can't order more toner till the cartridges are half empty and we fax over proof! $295.00 delivery fee after being told $150. no training.We pay and treat the equipment well, only 1 call in 17month, much more...
