Over the course of 3 months, I called 3 different times unsuccessfully requesting an estimate from Ebert Tree Services. The first time, I was told that somebody would be out "next week" to give me an estimate. I called a month later and they apologized and said that they'd be out "within the week" as they had other work near my house. After another month of silence, I called and asked to speak to a manager or owner and I was assured that "this is Mrs. Ebert" and she would ensure things were taken care of. Apparently talking to the owner/owner's wife had no impact either as once again, they couldn't be bothered with driving just a few miles to give me an estimate to make over a thousand dollars. If this is how potential customers are dealt with, I want absolutely nothing to do with this company.

If you love trees, particularl...

If you love trees, particularly the ones in your own yard, Eberts are the folks to call. They know their business well and preserve the beauty of your trees when they trim them, instead of butchering them, like some of the other tree services in this area. Eberts can also nurse an ailing tree, which gave us an extra year with our poor old elm. Highly recommended.
