Overall
I had Service Master come out ...

I had Service Master come out to my house last month to clean my flooded basement. I was not covered under my insurance but unlike the other companies I called, Service Master actually returned my phone call and came out as soon as they could. They said they were extremely busy but I felt that I was their only client. The workers were knowledgeable and professional and when the job was complete they didn't take advantage of me in my time of need with a ridiculous bill. I strongly recommend this company for their excellent service and professional and kind staff.

Overall
Unreliable

Will not complete work in which they were paid to do. Will not honor their warranty. Cut corners: not painting ceilings, using cheap products in comparison of which insurance paid them to use. They do not return phone calls. Overall poor workmanship. Don't follow through with all the promises they give on day one.
