Today at 5:06 PM I felt Malouf GMC was a little deceptive in their sales practices. We negotiated a final sales price but they failed to disclose to me that a $750 GMC loyalty discount was included in the negotiated sales price till the paper work was drawn up two days later due to Memorial Day holiday. In essence what I thought I was paying I was then paying $750 more. Also, they initially told me I didn't qualify for a credit union membership discount. Then, when I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car they told me I qualified for the discount yet discount never applied to my price (they kept the discount?). I questioned the salesman Mike Cozzo but never received a reply from him regarding my concerns. To think of it I was a repeat customer. Definitely, not going back and wouldn't recommend dealership and will bad mouth them to others.

This is our second purchase at DCH Brunswick Toyota in the last three years. Everyone was kind and friendly. No one pressured us. There is a big selection on the lot for new car purchases.
