I have used this appliance repair twice, I have to say I was very pleased with the quality of work, he was on time, was able to extend the life of both my washer and dryer. This is the best service in Lapeer County.

Very satisfied with his service. He was here by 9 a.m. the next morning (and we live 20 miles away). He's polite, fast, reliable and even offers a Sr. discount, although we used a $20 off coupon printed from his website that was more to our advantage. Very reasonable with costs. We would call him again if need be. He saved us from having to replace our dryer.

We live in the same town, used him 2 times so far. I wanted to toss an older gas dryer, and he said it was silly, he could fix it for less then $150 and he did. To replace was almost $700. Next was 3 years later, the washer. He said it was not worth fixing. It would cost more to repair then replace. We were very happy with his service. Took 1 day to get him to our home on both service calls, Not often do you get any repair people in 1 day. Friends have had him for service per our advice, all very pleased. He calls and gives you a 2 hour window and was on time. He works quickly, and did not mind our yapping dogs.

Used Ed's Reliable Repair in October 2014. I was told I needed a motor for my dishwasher at a price of $218. I am single and a senior. I called Sears and they came out and cleaned the bottom of the dishwasher totally and the dishwasher has worked fine since. He tried to scam a female and a senior. Don't ever ever use the company.
