2162 Grand Bagel Cafe

I can only give this bagel caf one star based on its name ,I tried to give them more then a few chances but seems they cant get it right ,they can never get a order right ,from wrong bagels to they don't even know the meaning of a bakers dozen. you will never find a warm bagel there no matter what time you go there ,its a shame Baldwin really needed a good bagel store ,guess i have to go back to merrick or bellmore
