Will always drop my Sophie off here - have never had a problem and readily goes with any of the handlers, They have notes on her card with her sensitive areas and styles by season, Prices are reasonable and a discount for shelter adopted dogs.

My dog and I had a GREAT experience here. My 85lbs German Shepherd does not like to have her nails trimmed and so I brought her to Au Naturel to have them use the dremmel on her. They put her on table and of course she had a fit once the grommer began using the tool. He was able to calm her down and get her nails done. They were very friendly and didn't mind me hanging around to watch (I would NEVER leave my dog at any groomer). The prices are cheap and you get great service. I will certainly be returning.

I did not notice any dogs being left unattended and it seemed like many of the dogs were being shaved. Make sure you specify what you want done to your dog if you don't want him/her shaved. I didn't have a problem here and it was a nice little shop.

Too Bad Zero Stars was not an option. Stay away! Never Again. My poor dog. Basically shaved from head to toe, including 1/2 his tail. There is razor burn around his eyes and on the inside of his legs. Whiskers completely gone. The kids are calling him pepe because he looks like one of those nervous little dogs from the taco bell commercial. Other pets were observed left unattended in the sink and on the cutting table while the owner was paying attention to me and other human customers. Aweful!
