So we got this gold BMW and we had problems out of this car right away. Bad transmission. Already over 4000 into the car, we were pretty dang upset. He told us what shop to put it in, told us what was wrong with the car without looking, and told us he would pay to fix it. So we stopped paying because he would not pay yo have it fixed. He knew he sold is a car with problems, he knew what was wrong with the car. He said he was sending someone out to pick it up to run in through the auction because he could not afford to take more of a loss on the car. He got and it is back on his lot right now, a week later for sale. We paid over 700 to put the tires and rims on that car. Don't buy it. It is JUNK! 2007 GOLD BMW
It's a shame that on the professionalism category, I can only go as low as one star. If I could I would put it into the negative. During a phone conversation one of the sales associates became incredibly rude derogatory and belligerent. I'm not entirely sure what caused it but this was one of the most disrespectful and demeaning conversations I had ever experienced with anyone in a sales associate position in my life. This is the purest example I've ever seen of someone in sales, treating me like absolute garbage because they had already gotten my money. I can't recommend anyone ever go there.
My husband and I purchased a truck from here about 2 months ago. The truck was in great condition and we have absolutely no complaints about that. However, the owner Damien Rangel, although a very nice man, could not even perform the simple task of a check endorsement. Not only did he endorse the check from the loan company incorrectly, but once he was provided with a copy of the check he proceeded to endorse it incorrectly AGAIN. This caused us to fall behind in registering the vehicle and getting our plates. When we were finally able to get him to meet at the DMV to register the vehicle, he then filled out that paperwork incorrectly... It all just seemed like an endless maze of mistakes with this man. I have never reviewed a company on Google before, but we felt so strongly about our disappointment and frustration with this company that I am posting this in hopes that it will detour others from falling into the same situation.We do not recommend buying a vehicle from this auto lot.
The worst place ever have purchased from before went to look at another car and asked to be able to look in th vehicle to see mileage and look at the interior I was told I could not look at the inside of the cars unless I just happen to walk around with 7000 in cash on me at all Times. After this Andy the owner said he was not going to waist his time for me to look at a car that I was interested in and could of bought today if he wouldn't of been so rude. Guess taking my business elsewhere. I will never again recommend this place to anyone

Do not purchase a car from this lot they are cons they sold me an 04 Chevy Malibu with antifreeze in my brake line. The front end of the driver's side got so hot that my tire exploded!!! When I confronted them about the issue they denied it and did nothing to assist with my issue.
Purchased a car from this dealership recently and asked everything about the car. I went ahead and trusted the owner of this establishment that it was in good condition and that I was told it wasn't in an accident. Found out a month or two later that this car was in mulitple accidents and that it was pretty much worthless. I confronted this estabishment for restitution and was thrown keys at my face saying that 90 % of cars have been in an accident. I will be sueing this place for lack of ethics and pure unprofessionalism!
I bought a Chrysler 300 not even a year ago and my motor has blown outwhen I called them about the issue they would direct me in another direction and would avoid me...I called my finance company and told them about the issue and they worked with me but Harleys did nothing...not even 30 days after I bought the car my radiator went out
Worst place ever to do business with or at. I went to the dealership to look at a 2006 white Impala SS and was treated the worst. The car appeared to had been wrecked and I started to ask questions. I wanted to compare the car to another car on the lot and the owner (Andy) stated that he wasn't going to do all that...either I was going to purchase the car or not, so I replied to him, it was time to go. This is the absolute worst place to do business with, very disrespectful and pushy. I will never do business with these group of people. Oh and I forgot, no test drives off the lot!
