Sorry, but never again. We went for dinner, sat down to a dirty table, received dirty silverware, poor service, and food that was not good.. There was only one other party there, so they weren't even busy. Service was very slow and poor. After having to ask the waitress to clean our table, she did so but didn't bother drying it and then proceeded to put our placemats on a soaking wet table. My daughter ordered chix fingers, which she couldn't eat because they were dry and over-breaded. The cheese-steak sandwich had a very strange (sweet) flavor not typical for this type of sandwich. I don't feel the waitress understood how to provide basic service, dirty table and silverware, and the food was fair at best. This is a cute looking place with potential, but the people running it need more experience in running in this type of business. We won't be back.
Great breakfast, awesome home fries and friendly staff
Have been twice, limited menu, service was poor, ordered a steak and it was terrible. Will never go back.
Tuesday October 14, 2014, my family and I stopped in to TGI Fridays in North Attleboro because we already know we are going to get an awesome meal...because it's Fridays. After finally making up our minds we ordered 3 burgers and the Stacked Reuben. As usual, everything was excellent and our waitress was attentive, to say the least. She happened to notice that my grilled Reuben was "Ever so slightly" over grilled. It was bordeline "burnt", but not to me. She asked me if everything was OK and I honestly answered, "Everything was very good, as always" 10 minutes later, either a manager or chef came to the table and apologized for the well done Reuben. I explained to him that it truly was fine with me, I just didn't finish because it was the size of a club sandwich. After all this the management and/or waitress comped my meal. I have ran restaurants on Cape Cod for over 25 years, I hve been dining out twice that amount of time and I must say how impressed I was with this service overall today. Congratulations TGI Fridays for such exceptional customer appreciation. I would also like to mention the server....LIZ, Ask for her!,,, you will not be disappointed! Thank you again for a truly wonderful experience.
Great food, decent prices, one of our favorites
Single WORST dining experience of my life!!!!For a restaurant that is literally surrounded by hundred of other dining options from the local mall to the surrounding Route 1 area, you think they'd tried alittle harder! The waitress came to our table three times- to take our order, bring our waters and give the check. There was no "one minute" checkup, there were no refills on our water!! I went with my mother for a girls day afternoon- around 4:00. We both order the special pasta dish. We waited for thirty minutes for out pasta which was brought out by someone else instead of our waitress. There were four tables sat in the restaurant, the manager visited the other three, but not ours, and deliberalty walked around our section to avoid us. (Our table was right near one of the kitchen entrances.) Aside from their terrible menu items, that hardly ever change to include new things, there service is terrible. The Applebee's on Rt1 is literally surrounded by other restuarants similar in price and menu options. I suggest you find something else instead of wasting your time and money here!!
