I had an issue with the led screen, and they were very helpful in explaining what the issue was, and why it had occurred. Going the extra bit to help me and fix my phone. Great service and people working to help.
Will never go to Sprint again. Purchased a tablet and returned it within two days to fine out there is a $75 restocking fee other wise I had to keep the device. So $75 later I have nothing from sprint. The customer service was awful.
DOUBLE CHARGED ME. Did not fix my phone at all, they went back on their guarantee and only agreed to give a partial refund; but instead of the refund, I found they charged my credit card again! My phone is the same as it was when I brought it to them, and in addition, I am out $135! Please take your business elsewhere!
