I have horrible time to get the records back to my old doctor in Minneapolis. I was patient in East Norriton Office for couple of months and came back to Minneapolis. I called them almost 10 times. They don't have direct number to request transfer of records. Only once I was able to talk to the lady who is responsible to transfer records. Remaining times I was leaving voice messages. When I spoke to the lady she told me that she is going to send all records via fax but she didn't. I have cancelled appointments twice and I don't know whether I will getting records or not. This is simply pathetic. Even I contacted there corporate office and talked to one lady. She told me that she will be contacting this office and then give me a call. But it is almost 1 week, no response from her. I tried to contact her today but it went to VM. I am running out of medications and if something happens wrong then they are 100% responsible. It is very frustrating and they should be sued.
