Green Ridge Landscaping FALSELY ADVERTISES they are an EP Henry Certified Installer on their website, print advertisements & company truck. According to EP Henry, Green Ridge Landscaping, Inc. is NOT AN AUTHORIZED INSTALLER. Therefore, we are NOT eligible for the 3-year EP Henry warranty. Hardscaping project completion took 4 times as long as quoted because of mismanagement, neglect & failure of PM to supervise workmen & project. Anytime we questioned the progress/work, PM’s demeanor was unreceptive & intimidating & he pulled the men off the job as punishment. We were afraid Green Ridge Landscaping would just simply abandon the project. Last day of the project, the PM was on the job for only 20 minutes. He showed up to complain and re-measure, INTIMIDATE and DEMAND more money from us under threat of having his workmen “RIP EVERYTHING OUT.” WORKMANSHIP BY CONTRACTOR WAS VERY BAD. PATIO POOLS WATER IN MIDDLE. We have to hire another contractor to fix the job! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.
