UPDATE - Dr. Claborn called and between him and the manager Brian remedied this situation for my family. I am thankful they cared enough to make up for a bad experience because I hate looking for a new care provider of any kind after I find someone I trust! They are now re-hired DO NOT GO HERE! My oldest daughter and I have gone here for our exams and glasses for two years. I scheduled an appointment for my youngest daughter for today and was severely disappointed. The appointment was for 11:45 and I was told to come in at 11:30 to fill out paperwork. Instead of filling out the paperwork in the office, it was e-mailed to me so I could save time. On the way to the office, I received a call at 11:27 and was asked if I would be in soon. I told them yes that I was just a few minutes away. I received another call at 11:30 telling me they would have to reschedule my appointment. I told them I was less than a mile away and reminded them the appointment wasn't technically until 11:45. I was told that since I was the last appointment before lunch I should have been there at 11:30 and even if I arrived at 11:31 they would not see us today. I told them I would not reschedule and to cancel our appointments for next year as well because our family is firing them as our eyecare provider.

My exam was one month ago. The contact lenses they ordered for me still have not come in and they never call me, I have to call them to ask if their in yet. I don't think none of the staff is more than 19 years old, except the eye Dr. I wish I had not already paid for my contacts I would have already had them at any other professional eye Dr. This is my first experience with Pearl Vision and my last.
The staff is not friendly, in fact I would go as far as to say that the ladies at the front desk are rude. They moved their offices twice, and did not bother to let me know on the phone before I drove to the location the office had been at my previous visit. The doctor (whom I have seen once) did a nice job, and was very nice, but the ladies that you have to interact with 95% of the time are just down right unpleasant. I asked if I could get a different pair of lenses (one which I have had in the past with a different doctor) and was going to schedule an appointment for this week, but instead they insisted that I use to brand that has been bothering my eyes, and to top that off they charged me for the "free trail pair." The make it a point to let you know they are doing you a favor by being in business. After working with them for the past year, I have lost my patience and will not be back.
