I recommend Sears Automotive in Norman to all my friends, since I trust them and I like how they treat me as a customer.
This was the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Original took truck in for an alignment, one lie after another, then finally ending with a $1700 bill and no alignment. Forced to pay in order to get my truck, I used discover, in process of disputing charge now. When picking up truck the old hubs lay beside building beat all to pieces, evidently they did not have the proper equipment to pull them. Final invoice has different part number than what ended up on vehicle. Unbelievable! In process of taking truck to a professional for repair of damages done by this company and consulting an attorney for litigation.
I have used Terry's for a couple of years and they have always been friendly and dependable. He guarantees his work and for a woman that means alot. They font try to get over on ya, they give you a quote and that's what I have paid. I trust them and I won't take my vehicle to anyone else.

I have had the worst experience here. One: We drop it off on a Tuesday and he tells us he will get to it the next week. We do not hear from here ONCE in FIVE, that's right, FIVE weeks. We have to keep calling him, he never called us. Two: At one point, we were told the head was at the machine shop, but there was some racecar show in town, and they wouldn't be able to get to it that weekend. REALLY? Unprofessional. Three: We were initially quoted $800 at most, for the repair of a head gasket. Get there, mind you again five weeks later, and I see the bill says $850. There are two additional things that he changed, and I get it, if it is detrimental to how the car operates then of course I would want that, but did he ever call to ask if these additional charges would be okay? No, he did not. So when he wanted to talk price, I made sure that I would not be paying that much due to the long wait, additional charges, no phone calls, etc. He at first stated that he wasn't going to put my car in front of others. I stated that I never asked, this, that all I asked was for the car to be done when we were told it would be, a week after bringing it in, and if it was going to take longer he could have called. After getting upset, because at this point I am LIVID, he does negotiate the price down. Four: After a few days I notice the amount never came out. He didn't finish the transaction. He can't even get paid right! Five: I drive the car to the first stoplight and it starts missing...I continue to drive it thinking I might be paranoid and it continues to miss. I get home, turn the car off, turn it back on, and the check engine light comes on. My brother-in-law uses some gadget to check it and a couple codes come up. Then, just 2 hours later, after getting gas, it completely dies on me. Much more to the story but can't go over the word limit here (vomit) so just PLEASE, WATCH OUT!
Totally Wonderful!!! I was in and out in 30 minutes (oil change and tire rotation). Such fast service I made an appointment to have my husbands car done the next morning. Couldnt ask for more friendly faces to see at 7am.Abbey W
Wonderful customer service, willing to order my fav beer if they don't have it.. And the prices are best in town.. The environment is a beach theme.. You feel like you're at the beach with ocean floors and they also have a 20ft boat for a counter... It's clean and refreshing.. Loved it!!!

I have been taking my cars here for years. Recently went under new ownership and the owner is rude and disrespectful. I paid for my car to get washed and was walking around outside on the phone and the owner came up from behind me yelling at me to walk towards the designated customer area while waiting for my car. She then accused me of stealing vehicles that are parked out back because they keep keys in them and she doesn't want me to look suspicious on camera. I told her I was simply talking on the phone and she said I wasn't on her Insurance policy to be walking around on her property. She continued to raise her voice in front of other customers still accusing me of thinking about stealing a vehicle. Since this new ownership experience I would advise NO one to use this place for their car detail needs unless you want to be mistreated and wrongly accused in front of people by no one other than the owner herself. Terrible terrible experience!!
This place is so unpredictable and u professional. I took my car in and was told it would be fixed in 3 days. No one called to ever update me. I had to call everyday to get answers. It took almost 2 weeks to get my car serviced and they tried to charge me $200 more than what was originally quoted. I will just stick to Metric Motors in Edmond and make the drive. The service was awful and my air conditioner still is not working 600 dollars later.
