Worst furniture buying experience EVER. Our salesman was obnoxious and stalking us through the store. We felt pressured to buy the couch. After asking Sean Weatherford to leave us alone many times so that we could discuss our purchase privately, he continued to follow close behind us by about 4 feet. He would cut us off when we would ask questions, and at one point he even pulled out his phone and was concerned with twitter, he even laughed out loud at his phone WHILE STALKING/HELPING US. When we finally broke down and bought the couch, we couldn't even enter our information into the computer without him interrupting us. We asked if there were any discounts available, and his exact words were "If you were to buy this couch for any less, I would not make any money." He even bragged about playing football in college and spoke of his stats, and it almost seemed like he was trying the young woman in our family, we were very appalled. Very unprofessional, and very unpleasant shopping experience. Our family will not be returning to this store. Only one star, because zero stars is not an option
Buyer beware. Customer service is nonexistent and damage goes unresolved. I purchased a sectional which arrived damaged. The delivery men told me that they would let the store know , but that they would leave the damaged piece so that we could use the sectional while waiting for replacement.The next day we had a customer service rep call us and ask us to take a picture of the damage and then text it to her. We did. And then we heard nothing until I called customer service to ask what the status was. On November 22 I called and was asked to email the pictures. I stayed on the phone with him until the rep confirmed the images had arrived.December 15 I called because I still had not heard anything. When I explained the issue the woman who answered the phone put me on hold for 13 minutes before I eventually hung up. I called back and was connected to the gentleman I spoke with on November 22. He informed me that no one had told him how they wanted to proceed which is why nothing had happened. After back and forth conversation where he told me that it would be 4-6 weeks for a replacement to be ordered, and I then stated that the delay was unacceptable and wanted to return the entire sectional at this point, I was informed that a manager would call me no later than yesterday, December 16, 2016. I did not receive a call.I am extremely unhappy with Ashley Home Furniture in Norman, OK. Other than the single call on the day following delivery when we were asked for pictures of the damage (which the delivery people should have taken if that is a requirement) every contact has been initiated by me. There has been no resolution and the store appears to be unconcerned about my frustrations regarding the damage to the sectional and lack of resolution.I have purchased several items from Ashley Furniture before this experience but after this experience that trend will not continue. I strongly recommend purchasing furniture elsewhere if you live in the Norman area.
This store has an extremely rude service person working n the geek squad. If you buy a computer there, do NOT buy the extended warranty. You will be treated like crap when you bring it in for service. Horrible customer service.

This is the worst dollar store I have ever been in. The manager talks to her employees like they are crap. I over heard one of the employees talking about the regular manager being gone due to an accident and she would let people come in and steal all kinds of stuff. Do Not Ever go to the store. I have called and tried to report them but it's obvious that they don't do anything about those horrible people. I have even tried to co tact the district manager but still nothing is done!
I've been shopping at this store for a couple years now and never had any problems of course there are a few days a month were there might not be as much on some shelves as normal but that has more to do with the sales loads on those days! friendly worker's every employee I've interacted with has been pleasant and helpful!
I had been fighting with my HH Squire Standard Strat for quite a long time. Larry set it up then Plek'd it and I cant put it down now. Fantastic job, plays great and stays in tune. Larry treats you like you are an old friend not just a customer. Will be going back soon to let Jimmy install new pick-up's. Should have done this a lot sooner!!
I will never go to this store again. There policies are no return s only exchange s. However it does not state this anywhere except on the receipt. Which means you buy something and dont know you can return until after you bought it! Makes me feel like they are taking advantage of there customers! they have lost a customer for life.
I can't believe I was duped by this place twice! My bad I guess. They are dishonest and overpriced. I've had them tell me they will deliver one thing and switch it out. But wanting to buy local I went back. So the girl agreed to sell my 2 ($100) nightstands as part of my bedroom suit. I didn't check the receipt and she only wrote down 1. She knew what she was doing. So when I called they refused to give me the other one after waiting all day, no time given to me for one guy to show up to deliver it. I purchase $1600 worth of furniture and they want to lose me over a $100 nightstand, bad business. Don't buy from here!
Horrible products, even worse customer service. The items you buy at this store, for the most part, are trash. The employees, however, are much worse with their rude and trashy attitudes.
