Agreed! The casino is awful!!! No pay outs. I will say this - the hotel room was really nice. Not going back and not recommending it to ANYONE.

Stay as far away from this place as possible. First hand deception is what I experienced through the work place and for entertainment. I will not set foot in any of their casinos again..ever!

Hit and mainly miss

I stay in OKC a lot. So naturally I'm like a crow & go to the shiniest casino. I agree, it sucks on the slots. I've won 1grand total & that's cause I accidentally pulled a $10. Thx 4 hi $ beer. Card tables suck too

This place sucks BAD

It is my opinion you should be able to sit down at any slot and play on $20 for at least 15 min. Their machines are completely dead!!

My wife & I visit casinos all over the state and every time we go to any Chickasaw operated casino it is lose and lose Fast! I can't help but to feel cheated for the fact money goes sooo fast in these peoples establishments we can go to T-Bird and play all night on a couple hundred dollars, here we always lose every dolllar we brought in less than an hour!! My advice to you is steer clear of Riverwind & Newcastle gaming centers!! It isn't even close to gambling, it's more like donating but feels like Highway Robbery! These places are supposed to be fun win or lose but there's no fun In lose or.... Lose?? WTF man

After reading the comments here I thought I might update that the slots are still set to payout small amounts and that is a shame because this casino used to play fair and you had a chance to win every time you played. Now I have to say that you have zero chance to win on their quarter slot machines (VGT). The fun is gone and it is only frustrating to play at Riverwind. If you play you should tell every elderly person you see that they are being cheated. That is who is playing there these days. It seems that there are a lot of bums in the casino and prostitutes. Low payouts attract the lowlifes it seems.

While I NEVER enter a casino expecting to win (I have a set dollar amount I can afford to lose, and when it's gone, so am I.), I have to agree with the other people posting about Riverwind Casino. There is not much winning here. The slots are so tight, and the payouts are few and far between. (None for me.)

The Willows (buffet) Restaurant is not good. The food is tasteless. I personally haven't eaten at the newer Chips 'N Ales in the casino, but I have heard from others that it isn't that great either. I doubt that I will try it because I don't think I'll be going back to this casino. Can't afford it! Losing all the time and not even coming out ten dollars ahead occasionally doesn't make for a good time.

Oklahoma Casinos do not have a minimum payout percentage to adhere to. It can be set at zero if the tribe chooses to set it at zero payout. They can also control the payouts on every machine when they please to do so. There is nothing fair about these tribal casinos. The only way to win anything is to catch them when they turn on their machines. If the machines are in the pay mode that is the only time anybody will have a chance to win. If they are dead they will stay dead. Beware of that when you play in any tribal casino.

Riverwind Casino is a legal way to steal your money. This is the worst casino in Oklahoma. The machines are totally dead. The people they are getting now are the people who don't know how crooked they are. It should be illegal what they are doing to retired people. I made my last trip into that God Awful place about a week ago and will never go back. The Chickasaw Nation is nothing but a bunch of thieves.STEER CLEAR OF RIVERWIND CASINO.

Big Yuk!

Husband and I were in OKC for the Memorial Marathon and saw a promo for Riverwind Casino, earn 20 points, get $20 match play. EVERY other casino in the state that means play $20 get $20. NOT HERE. After my playing $56.00 and earning FOUR points and husband playing $105. and earning 7 points we returned to the Player's club to ask WHAT GIVES.....? We were told each machine earns points differently and we must have been playing progressives which don't earn many points. NOT! We informed attendant that we were penny slot players and that this was not the case. She just shrugged and said that's all we can tell you.

NOTE to Riverwind: There are WAY too many other casinos in Oklahoma for waste time in an establishment that if not dishonest is very misleading. It would be far more honest to advertise Play $200?, get $20, then your player can decide if they want to participate at that level. We will not return and I am currently visiting every public site I can to review and spread the word about this poor choice of doing business.

We will not return.
