Miller Vision Center

The staff is not friendly, in fact I would go as far as to say that the ladies at the front desk are rude. They moved their offices twice, and did not bother to let me know on the phone before I drove to the location the office had been at my previous visit. The doctor (whom I have seen once) did a nice job, and was very nice, but the ladies that you have to interact with 95% of the time are just down right unpleasant. I asked if I could get a different pair of lenses (one which I have had in the past with a different doctor) and was going to schedule an appointment for this week, but instead they insisted that I use to brand that has been bothering my eyes, and to top that off they charged me for the "free trail pair." The make it a point to let you know they are doing you a favor by being in business. After working with them for the past year, I have lost my patience and will not be back.

Excellent Service & Convenient Hours of Operation. I've had Saturday appointments, but Thursday evenings work best for me. They're professional, yet friendly, as well. The doctor's sister is his office partner. They make a great team.
