Provided by SuperpagesI recommend this company. My washer was not spinning the clothes so when the cycle was done my clothes were extremely wet. I called Bob's Appliance Service at 9:00am on Tuesday and they came to my house by 11:00am the same day! Not only that, they fixed my machine for under $75 dollars! I am very pleased and the service techs were extremely nice and personable. I will call this company for my future appliance issues.

Provided by SuperpagesI did not have a 5 star experience with this company. Two gentleman came out to "service" my washer, and they said I needed a part. 'Nothing' was wrong with my washer, other than needing this part. Of course, I have no way of knowing if I need it or not, but hundreds later, my washer is still not working as it should. I would've rather taken that money and added a few hundred more for a new washer. I don't think these folks are above board, at all. I wont even bother to describe the appearance and smell of the men they sent. One star for a quick appointment.

I was very satisfied with this company. I took my washer apart to replace the part that I thought was bad in it. But after trying numerous times I finally gave up and called Bob's. Come to find out my washer didn't even need a new part. I was extremely happy with their honesty and their price. I recommend them.
I would say don't bother find someone more reasonably priced. I was told prior to coming to my home the service call and labor is $74.50, within (5) min. I went to laundry room and there was a hunk of steel part the size of my palm, I asked is that the part and the technician Mike replied yet it is, I said how much he said $71.50. He was already putting the back of dryer back on. The ticket said it was a thermal kit, the most expensive one I could find online is $25, from Whirlpool, but as low as $7.00. They charge 68% markup on the part, and and if your a woman, lead you to believe it is something other than a minor fuse replacement. I would never recommend them nor will I ever use them again. I called the technician Mike today asked him about the hunk of steel part on my dryer that he led me to believe was the part being replaced and he said it might have been the box. I know the difference between a box and a steel part, it almost looked like something from my lawn mower, lol. I asked about the 68% part markup and he said that is what we charge. Please do your research before using them unless you have plenty of money to toss in the toilet.

Provided by SuperpagesWas very disappointed, came highly recommended. They checked my oven out, and said they couldn't get the part because it was obsolete. I was told if I found the part, they would take the initial service fee off the second visit. I located the part at a retailer, purchased the part, and they installed it. Then they charged me a second service fee. When I asked the owner about this, he said if they had gotten the part, which I was told they would not do, since it was obsolete, then the second service fee would have been waived. But since I got the part, I would have to pay the second fee. Had I been told about this BEFORE the second visit, i would have used someone different. I felt as though they were inconvenienced by doing less than 45 minutes work, and charged me a SECOND $80 to do it. I will NOT use them again.
