Horrible horrible experience. Do not take your car here if you think it will be fixed in a certain amount of time that they tell you it will take them. We were told it would be a 2 day job maybe 3 at the most. It was going to be some quick work on the front bumper, inner impact parts and AC condenser. We set it up in December for January 4th, which was a Tuesday and then was told we should be able to get it back on Wednesday or maybe Thursday at the latest. We rented a uhaul pick up truck at $19.95 a day and thought that was a good deal since I was off work those 3 days. Come Thursday afternoon and no call from them about the car so I called. A lady told me she would have to check on it and call me back. No call back. (I had to go to work the next 3 days over 50 miles a day at 60 cents a mile.) I hoped I could get it by Friday evening. I called Friday morning and the lady told me the same thing. I let her know I was supposed to be called back the day before but was not. She got the owner on the phone who said they found the core for the AC was cracked and had ordered it from Kia and sent request to insurance Co. for approval but was already working on fixing it and would call me back that PM about progress. Well what do you think happened? No call back!! We called Monday and were told it would be done that night but too late to pick up so it would have to be the next morning. Waited until almost noon next morning and oh no, it was not ready yet. We will call you back as soon as it is, they said. By 3 PM they still did not call back so I called them, as it was my birthday and we were having trouble getting someone who could take us to pick up the car as well as return the rental truck. Well then it was finally ready and as I paid them I asked if they had fixed the front right headlight that we had also told them was broken when we took it in and she looked at the paperwork for the supplemental they had to file for extra money from the insurance company and said oh yes that was fixed. When I went out and got in the car and turned it on and went around to look at the lights and wow, the headlight on the right was still not working. I was so furious at that point by 8 days of having our car there for what was supposed to be a two to three day job and that there was not one time that they bothered to call us to tell us what was going on or that it would be several more days other than what was expected and 18 hours of work that was listed on the final paperwork but still it took them 8 days or 6 actual work days of 57 hours worth of being open to do that 18.8 hours of work that I just went back to the front door and told the receptionist the headlight was not fixed but we would have to deal with that later. I will call the insurance company and ask them to get their money back from them for that cost as I will not be leaving it there again. They might wind up keeping it another week probably just to fix the headlight. I also had to pay hundreds of dollars extra that we did not have due to all the milage I put on the rental pickup truck plus extra days plus gas. Then we also were charged extra by Uhaul for going 4 miles over what I had estimated that our milage would be which put us into a commercial rate so got screwed by then too, all on my birthday. Worst birthday ever. Will never go there again and would advise anyone else who cannot afford hundreds of extra dollars and time without their car to find somewhere else to go. I have never been so angry before. And how come they did not see that extra work until Friday? All they had to do was take off the bumper and get at the A/C but did they not even do anything to the car Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday? What a terrible experience. So disappointing. And unexpected after reading other good reviews. Lucky other people.

AutoCraft just repaired my vehicle they did a wonderful job they made my car look like it was new again I was so excited to pick it up and it just looks both inside and out like a new vehicle I would refer any and everyone I know to AutoCraft thank you so much. A couple years ago I switched over to Allstate after a bad incident with another insurance company. My mother has used Randy Stansel for several decades and has no issues with claims and she really likes his staff. I have not had a claim yet, knock on wood, but I suspect it will get taken care of with his professional staff when and if it happens.
